It all starts with exploring perception.

My personal art and design practice is the root of Simone Studios- a laboratory for ideas that sparked a deeper interest in frameworks, systems, and ways to nuture creativity in communities and organizations.

Everything I do grows from the same root: my own creative practice.

Experimenting with form, space, and perception, I investigate how ideas take shape, how experiences resonate, and how meaning emerges. That curiosity naturally expanded into thinking about how we organize, collaborate, and build culture, forming the foundation for my stewardship work.

Art & Design: Rooted in Perception

The studio began with a simple but persistent question: how do we perceive? That question—about vision, about meaning, about the shifting boundaries between what is seen and what is felt—has been the foundation of my practice.

For me, art and design are not just disciplines but orientations: ways of noticing, framing, and reshaping our experience of the world. I move across mediums—painting, print, installation, text—not to find a single answer but to create sites of encounter.

This practice is less about producing objects than about cultivating conditions: conditions for reflections of both the boundaries and subjectivity of perception. Each series emerges as experiemental documentation of processing —sometimes subtle, sometimes immersive, always attentive to the interplay between indentity and our perceptual ecologies.

What grows here, in this body of work, also informs the rest of Simone Studios: the way I think about systems, community, and culture is inseparable from these artistic inquiries. My art practice is not the backdrop but the root, continually shaping how I engage in stewardship and how I imagine new frameworks for organizing.

Stewardship: Systems, Culture & Community

Curiosity about perception naturally evolved into curiosity about systems: how we organize, nurture culture, and design processes that allow creativity to thrive.

I guide organizations, teams, and projects in building structures that are intentional, values-aligned, and sustainable. This also pours into personal projects within arts & culture.

I act as a steward of pace, process, and people—supporting strategic planning, nurturing shared ownership, and developing frameworks that center reflection, accountability, and adaptability. This includes the practical application of project management systems.
Every framework I design is informed by the same care, observation, and curiosity that drives my art practice. The goal is always a living, adaptive ecosystem—where creativity, culture, and community can thrive together.
